Our Process:

Our process is completely dry process that utilizes high speed vibration along with compressed air and a strong vacuum suction to remove any particulates from the media of a cylindrical air filter. First, we load the filter into our vacuum chamber for 2 (5) minute cycles of high speed vibration and compressed air moving up and down the inside and outside of the filter removing the majority of the particulates caught inside the media. We then apply compressed air to the inside and outside of the filter using a hand to remove and remaining particulates trapped in the corners of the end caps. A differential test is completed to measure the air resistance and a search for pin holes in the media. Finally, the end caps are cleaned of dirt and the filter is dated, bagged and placed in the original box to be returned to your facility.
